Marchman was the husband of Shirley Marchman, who represents Ward 1 on the Villa Rica City Council.
Visitation was held on Saturday, August 21, 2021, at Mt. Prospect Baptist Church, Thomas Dorsey Dr, Villa Rica, GA 30180.
Funeral services were on Sunday, August 22, 2021, at the Mt. Prospect Baptist Church. Interment followed at Garden of Rest Cemetery, Villa Rica, GA.
